Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you get from Universal Kreations. Policies differ by product type because apparel, digital downloads, and custom work aren’t the same.

Faith apparel (Printful / print-on-demand)

• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
• Because these are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

Digital products (DIY plans, wallpapers, printables)

• Digital goods are delivered electronically. Once the file or download link has been sent, purchases are generally final sale.
• If a file is corrupt, incomplete, or you never received delivery, email us within 7 days with your order number — we’ll resend or fix it. If we can’t deliver a working file, we’ll refund.

Custom wood / metal

• Made-to-order and custom pieces are typically non-returnable once production starts, unless damaged in transit or not as described. Details appear on the product or quote.

How to contact us

Email the address on our Contact page with your order number. Refunds (when approved) return to the original payment method within several business days after we process them.
