conditions ("Terms of Service"), including any additional terms, conditions,

cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the 
actual color of a product
● Custom furniture: We provide detailed specifications for all custom 
pieces. Minor variations in natural wood grain, texture, and hand
applied finishes are normal, expected, and part of what makes each 
piece unique
● Print-on-demand products: Apparel items may have slight 
variations in print placement from the product images shown on our 
Site. These variations are within normal production tolerances
● Quantity limits: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any 
products or services that we offer
3. Pricing and Payment
● All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD)
● Prices are subject to change without prior notice
● We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order 
has been placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we will notify 
you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel 
for a full refund
● Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stipe,
or Shop Pay
● Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically based on your 
shipping address and current tax regulations
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve 
the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons 
including, but not limited to:
● Suspected fraudulent activity
● Product unavailability or inventory errors
● Pricing or product description errors
● Orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original 
payment method. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the 
email or phone number provided at the time of the order.

of the Site — is the exclusive property of Universal Kreations and is

● The "UK" monogram, the Universal Kreations brand name, and 
all original product designs are our intellectual property
● You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create 
derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior 
written permission
● Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal 
action

Submissions
If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas, or other materials 
("Submissions") to us — whether through the Site, email, social media, or 
any other channel — you agree that:
● Your Submissions do not violate any right of any third party, including 
copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights
● Your Submissions do not contain defamatory, unlawful, abusive, or

● You grant Universal Kreations a non-exclusive, royalty-free,

● Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of 
our Site or products shall not exceed the purchase price of the 
product(s) in question
