Shipping Policy

Universal Kreations ships products in a few different ways depending on what you ordered. Times below are estimates after payment clears.

Where we ship

We currently ship physical orders to the United States only. Digital products (DIY plans, wallpapers, printables) are delivered by download/email worldwide — no physical shipping.

Processing & delivery by type

• Faith apparel (Printful / print-on-demand) — typically processed in 2–7 business days, then shipped by the print partner. Tracking is emailed when available. Delivery usually lands within about 3–10 business days after ship, depending on carrier and destination.
• Digital products (DIY build plans, wall art, wallpapers) — no shipping. Delivery instructions / download link are sent to your checkout email, usually within minutes (allow up to a few hours). Check spam/promotions if you don’t see it.
• Custom wood / metal (when listed as available) — built to order. Processing and ship windows are listed on the product page; large or custom pieces may take longer and may require freight.

Rates & tracking

Shipping rates (if any) are calculated at checkout for physical items. You’ll receive tracking when the order ships. We’re not responsible for carrier delays after handoff, but email us at the address on our Contact page if something looks stuck.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t guarantee changes after an order enters production or has shipped.
